When should I request catering?
We recommend requesting catering for larger events (100 guests or more) at least four months in advance so that we can reserve the necessary capacity. We are happy to review last-minute requests based on availability.
How do I place an order?
You can easily submit your request via our contact form. Once we receive your request, you will hear back from us within the next three business days.
Can changes still be made after placing an order?
Changes and additions are generally possible. Please note that adjustments can only be accommodated until the Monday of the week prior to the course.
Is there a minimum order value?
Yes, for orders to the Campus South/East and West campuses, the minimum order value is €200.00 plus a flat delivery fee. If this amount is not reached, we reserve the right to invoice you for the difference.
Do you offer vegetarian or vegan options?
Yes, we offer both vegetarian and vegan options. Please specify any such requests when making your inquiry.
All vegetarian and vegan dishes are marked accordingly in our menu.
Is there a minimum order quantity for finger food, buffets, or business lunches?
Yes, minimum order quantities apply to certain catering options.
For finger food buffets and business lunches, the minimum order quantity is 10 people. For buffets, a minimum order quantity of 20 people applies.

Can allergies and food intolerances be accommodated?
Of course. Please let us know about any allergies or special dietary requirements well in advance.
Are drinks billed on a commission basis?
Yes, beverages are billed based on actual consumption. We will take back unopened bottles.
